Default TB cable question?
I see that some people have two cables connected to their throttle body and others (like myself) only have one cable. Am I missing something, or what is the difference?

no, I'm not the original owner, but I just used the cruise control yesterday and it works.

Cars with one cable have ASR/TCS (traction control) The cable from the pedal and the cruise control unit go to the servo motor next to the battery and one cable from it goes to the T/B. Without ASR/TCS, the cables from the pedal and cruise control go directly to the T/B.

ok, thanks 2xLS1. I do have TCS so that explains why I only have one cable to the TB.
