Default confusing problem with my 99 Z28

I have a little problem with my camaro. Ive put on a SLP CAI and high flowing headers cats and exhaust and denso iridium spark plugs with moroso wires and the car keeps wantin to die and does sometimes. Ive replaced my idle air control valve tps sensor and egr valve, and its still wantin to die. I saw on the show today where they tuned the LS-Gun with a crane cam tuner and messed with the air/fue ratio, do you think that this could help get me back on track and make my car run even better. Thanks for the input, oh and one more thing whats a good aftermarket alternator ad radiator and thermostat to put in my car both of mine are on there last leg. Thanks guys.

Is it setting off any codes (SES light)? My geuss is a faulty O2 sensor. Did you reuse the stock O2 sensors when you put high flow cats/y-pipe on?

stock sensors are fine as long as they're working. I've heard of other people having stumbline issues when one of the 2 front O2 sensors was shot. You didn't say if the Service Engine Soon (SES) light ever came on or if it flashes.

If you haven't reset the PCM and let it relearn do that now. It just sounds to me like you need to let the PCM catch up to the changes.
