Had to Quiet the car down
I would call SLP but, I have been pretty pissed with them as of late. My Ultra-Z hood has started to crack all around the underside of the hood around the airbox area. I called them and was sent to a voicemail box. That was 2 weeks ago...I've called several times and keep getting shoved into voicemail. No one calls back !!I can tell ya this, " I will not purchase a darn thing from them until they improve their customer service." It used to be great. I had several folks I used to talk to up there and I thought that even though they had a little higher prices, their products were cool. Now, I am not sure about them.
Ok, that was off topic....but I don't wanna pitch the money to them for the muffler until I exhaust (funny huh...) the chance of finding a used one.

I had the dual/dual as an SLP installed option on my SS...it is a very nice sounding exhaust...it flows really well, it was just too mellow for my tastes...it sounds like it would be ideal for your application. It's pricey new, but if you watch the classifieds, you can pick them up fairly reasonable...If I remember correctly, I got about $125 for mine a couple years ago...

The Hooker shouldn't be very loud to begin with, but if they want quieter the SLP dual/dual is the way to go.
SLP has a bad rep for more than one reason.
I'm sure somebody around here has a dual/dual looking for something a little louder like a hooker.
