AC dripping on header

do you guys have this problem? EVerytime i get out of my car now..(just put on pacesetter longtubes with td's), the ac leaks water on the header and it sounds like a war zone..snap crackle pop...my old hookers didnt do that at all..maybee the collectors are designed a hair different? its not gonna take long to eat through that coating with it doing that everytime i drive with the ac on..which is everyday since im a fat and must have air. The first time it did it i was freaking becuause i thought a headgasket didnt seat and was leaking and pissing...

Not much you can do, short of making something to divert the water away from the header.

yeah they pretty much all do it. mine does and has for a long time. As far as eating through it goes....son't sweat it. Mines been doing it for a long time and nothing. I was just up under there today in fact.
