FAST 90mm Intake Install Q on Foam Padding

FAST 90mm Intake Install Q on Foam Padding I've read that many people experience a whistling problem after installing a FAST manifold, due to the unit not including some foam padding, that that stock manifold has.
So, I have the enw Fast Manifold here, and before I take it to get it installed, I want to be sure I'm using the right stuff.
It looks like GM Part Number, 32903942, is for the manifold gasket.
Is this the Foam piece that others are taking about?

I'm showing 12560251 for the foam in my parts manual...you may want to double check this number with a dealer...on gmpartsdirect, it lists this number as a seal, but the pack quantity is 5, which is correct for the foam. FWIW, I'm showing 12533587 for the intake port seal kit.
