Another Fast ?

Another Fast ? 3 weeks ago I put my car back together. I also added a Fast intake and a Fast throttle body (ordered a few months back before the nick williams became so well known).
I have the issue with the high idle, it's gone over 5,000 rpm when I put the clutch in forcing me to shut the engine off (newly refreshed engine, not broken in so I'm real happy about that).
After a series of mixups they sent me a new one. They said they didn't see any problems with the one I sent back. I installed the new one yesterday, same thing. A friend has the Nick Williams throttle body so installed it, no more issues.
There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the fast throttle body. The spring seems reasonably strong, no binding, etc. He had the same thing happen to him. He felt it was the suction from the engine isn't allowing the throttle blade to close.
I know some have increased the strength of the spring to fix this but has anyone drilled a hole in the throttle body blade to fix this? I noticed the Nick Williams throttle body has a hole as well as the stock throttle body.
