I would just go that route. I would also recommend the ceramic coating. They will still rust, but at a slower rate and should continue to shine under the hood for quite awhile.
Edit: I took too long to read all the fine print and then go to TSP's website and got beat.
I am not sure why there is a picture of a Y-pipe on ebay along with the headers, the price is definately for the headers only.
