Average LS6 SI install gains
Average LS6 SI install gains Just like it states. If you've added the LS6 intake to your LS1 with bolt ons please list your gains if known.
Have seen claims of as much as 12rwhp on bolt on cars and have also heard of bolt on cars losing 1-2rwhp. Would like to get an average before going to the dyno.

You won't lose anything even if your car is completely stock. The 01's and 02's come with the LS6 intake stock. On a stock car you just won't see as much of a gain as you would on a car with heads and cam. Blkspt(spl.) gained over 30 rwhp on a bolt on car with a big cam. Stock you might see 8rwhp, bolt on's/cam= 15+rwhp.
