Default Exhaust Header Flanges

I need to build a complete set of headers. Does anyone know where to get the exhaust header flanges only? Its for a 1999 LS1. It will be installed in a off road truck. What size diameter tubes do you recommend? Thanks in advance.........

It might be easier to get a set of headers and modify them to fit your application..unless you have access to a a mandril pipe bending machine..

Saw some on ebay. They were like a half inch thick. GM sells them too. Look around, they are not hard to find.
