clearence with electronic cutouts and qtp

clearence with electronic cutouts and qtp replaceing my SLP's im looking at QTP LT headers with their y-pipe with the electornic cutous...
QUESTION: how much clearance if any will i loose with this system...clearence is a big issue cause I want to lower my car.
Qtp's looks like what im gona get but im not sure about the electonic cutout y-pipe(with clearence and all)
ALSO WILL THIS SOUND LIKE CRAP WITHOUT CATS????

I had the dual cutout y-pipe on my car for like a month, and the clearance was pretty good. I don't think it would be any worse then a normal y, if you take the time to work it into place. My father and I did it in an hour, and we didn't get it set up to well. I ended up replacing for a simple Pacesetter y-pipe just because I wasn't planning on using the cutouts at all.
I'm actually getting ready to sell the dual cutout y-pipe, if you're interested.
