Default Cat questions

I have a 2000 T/A w/ SLP LM exhaust and wanted my car to be a little louder. I was thinking about hollowing out the Cats. Will this effect my cars sound enough to make it worth doing? Also how much HP will this add, I know it wont be a whole lot but just wondering?
Thanks

From what I've heard you'll more than likely pick up a few hp, but your exhaust will be more raspy.

It will most likely effect the sound, meaning louder and more rasp like was said above. But there will be some hp to gain out of it.
