Default LS2 -vs- edelbrock intake

How much difference in these 2 intake as for power? Is it worth the extra money? would it make it easier to make high hp getting the edelbrock over the ls2.

i was always under the impression that edelbrock stuff was a mass produced, overly advertised , mediocre quality part... please correct me if im wrong.... I would like to know the power gains myself.

They both suck. Get an LS6. The edelbrock will add 35 lbs. to the nose of your car and heat soak. The LS2 doesn't flow as well as an LS6 and isn't a straight swap.

if you want to try an ls2 intake...i have one for sale with the SDPC billet throttle cable bracket (89bux)...injector o-rings and the fuel rail spacers(15 bux). All you need then is a throttle body 200 bux......cheap enuff to really test
email/pm if you want it
