Problem with TSP catted y-pipe?

Anyone else have a problem with the TSP catted y-pipe placing the driver's side cat VERY close to the fuel and brake lines? I mean, mine's maybe got a 1/4" clearance, and that's being generous. Shouldn't that cat be farther away from lines that are ultra-sensitive to heat?

Mine is fitted to a set of the older style Pacesetters (bought the Pacesetters around 18 months ago).

I'm a little concerned and am thinking about either radically modifying the pipe, or getting a new y-pipe all together...

Mine is real close too. I've had it on for a couple months now. No problems experienced.

i think most y pipes will have fuel line clearance issues...flip the fuel rail brackets upsided down...that's what i did and gained about 4+ inches of clearance
