Just put AC system back in...
I just put my AC system back in and got it recharged. The car is now constantly 20-30` hotter than before. When i pulled into my driveway, overflow tube was leaking and coolant was all the way at the top.
I need suggestions.. car has a 408 and a 160' therm.
Thanks,
Danny

make sure your A/C fans are kicking on when your A/C is turned on ...
not talking about the high speed radiator fans, the other ones.
when the A/C is turned on a fan should be running at all times under a certain mph

You've probably checked all these, but...
make sure that your fans are hooked up correctly. I'm assuming that if you have stock fans, that is not an issue, but I once had a problem with one fan being out of phase and that killed the cooling. Use a sheet of paper to test that the fans are blowing correctly.
Next time the car is cold, pop the radiator cap and make sure the system is bled of air correctly.
Any chance you have a blown head gasket? My temps would spike really high when that happened to me.
blown fan fuses?
Verify your programming has the fans come on to match your 160 T-stat
What mixture are you running? 70/30 Water/Coolant? Water cools better than Dexcool. Maybe add some RP Ice...
