Default TBs and Cams

I was curious what effect a drilled threttle body will have on idle with a cam?I have a ported TB that was drilled and I am thinking it might be a problem once my cam is in.What do you guys think?I really dont want something that wont idle are drives like **** at low rpm's.

It wont be a problem, may idle a little higher though...

I am guessing that you should be fine. I dont see why it would cause any more problems than a higher idle.
