Side-effects of partially crushed primary tube?

One of my bank1 primary tubes is partially crushed (if you look at it from the front bumper, the crushed part looks like an upside down U). Will this make that cylinder run leaner, richer, other side effects (apart from power)?

i thought it would make the left turn indicator to flash slower than the right one? or was it the car will turn slower in left turns as compared to right turns?
