Intake part number

Intake part number could anyone tell me what this part number is for. 12556333. The person I bought it off of said it was off an 01 corvette. When I got it the bottom wasn't flat like some people said ls6 intakes were. Thanks

Did a search with that number and found 2 pages of hits. From this link https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...light=12556333 it shows it's an LS1 intake manifold from a 97-00 Corvette = p/n 88894095 (formerly 12557846, 12556333). Sounds like you got screwed if you bought it thinking it was an LS6 intake. Did you buy it from a member of this board?

I bought it off e-bay. The seller never said it was a LS6 intake and put the part number up. but he said it was off an 01 Corvette. About the search button mr. perfect and knows everything. I did a search and did not think about searching the part number, but I couldn't find any matches to my querry from "part number", "difference between LS1 & LS2 intake", "visible difference between LS1 & LS2 intake",and a few others. But since you all know everything, why do you even belong to the boards? You don't need the information.
