SLP Lid + FTRA + Smooth Bellows = Rub?

SLP Lid + FTRA + Smooth Bellows = Rub? I have a lid rubbing and I have no Idea why. I reinstalled it twice now, and it seems to still have the problem... think one of these other mods can cause the issue?
It's already rubbed most of the paint away under the hood... can still see the primer... but that doesnt bother me... what bothers me is rubbing a hole in the lid. Thanks for any help.
