Engine will turn over, won't start...
Been having trouble getting the car started lately. It takes several turns of the key (10-15), but it will start eventually. Thing is, it turns over fine, just won't start. I've noticed that once I get the car started and let it get hot, it starts a lot easier after that (usually on the first try, although it will still turn over a few times before firing). Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this? I haven't changed the fuel filter in a little while (which I'll do shortly), but I don't think that would have anything to do with it since, like I said, it starts better once warm. Any ideas would be appreciated...

If your car turns over fine it wouldn't be the starter. Change the fuel filter. Check your fuel pressure. Sometimes a bad fuel pressure regulator will cause extended crank time. Also weak spark. Usually when a regulator goes bad you can tell a difference when it gets warm. If you had a flat spot in your starter then the hammer trick would work but in this case it isn't.
