Q about new gauge cluster
I just installed a new gauge cluster because my old one just had some odd issues. Well I got this new one in just fine but there's one thing thats troubling....
Wehn I turn the ignition to run all the lights on the gauges light up i.e odometer, ars off, security etc etc... One light doesn't come that is most important, the SES light. I knew on my old cluster when I turned the ignition on to run the SES would light up with all the others but when I start the car it goes off. On the new one it deosn't even come on when I turn the ignition to run?
Is there a way to check to see if maybe just the bulb is burned out? What can I do to check and see if it will work?

my best guess would be just a burnt out bulb. Do you still have the old cluster? If you do, I think you can just swap out the bulbs for the SES light. If you don't still have the cluster, just pick up a pack of bulbs (194 type) I think, shouldn't be more than $2-$3.
Good luck, hope this helps

Well I pulled the other light out of my old gauge cluster and swapped it into my new one and the SES light still didn't come on when I turned the ignition on
so where do I go from here? how do I get my SES light to work?
