Inline muffler for LS1

Has anyone ever installed a muffler between the y-pipe and the rear axle instead of the normal crossflow position behind the rear axle? If so, what muffler and how did it go? Any problems?

Use the search. I have a Borla XR-1 in place of the resonator on a LM. (That would be on the I pipe, or in line).

I would go with a 3 inch sweet thunder or Powerstick try searching those 2 ST with neck down to 2.5 the power stick does not.

dont get the stainless works resonator dosnet stop rasp for shizzle.....
