How to Install Headers...
Some people say you have to remove starter, some dont. Some say remove oil filter some dont. Some say you have to lift the engine up,some dont etc...
So any info would help out.
BTW, Im installing Pacesetters with the hookups and an ORY onto an 2002 Trans Am.
Thanks for your time guys.
Thanks though I appreciate it.
When I installed my Pacesetters they just slid right in. I did not remove, cut, or modify anything. There were no problems getting them go in. Most people who install them have no problems as well. So you most likely will get them in without issues. If you do run into problems just post on here and we will help ya out
Just make sure you have a decent floor jack if you don't have access to a lift, as you need to get the front up there higher than Rhino Ramps. I bought a Pro-Lift speed jack at Advance Auto for about $86, well worth it. (and a heavy ba$tard it is).

[QUOTE=Keenov] cutting, pasting, moving, unbolting starters/alternators/concentrators/relaxators... I just unbolted the old exhaust and then slid the new headers right up in there without force. \QUOTE]
Ive sat in the garage looking at the engine for hours, and from the looks of everything, Im hoping that everything will just slide in.
At least I know they'll do a good job.

...and I did it on the ground, no cement or asphalt. (gotta love that grass in your ear)
