Default TPS Sensor Replacement on LS1

Hi guys,

First off, just want to say this is a great site...amazing how much info is on here. I tried to do a search on this but didn't come up with much, so here goes: I recently set a code P0122 on my '01 T/A, and managed to look it up online, found out it is for low TPS voltage. I apologize if this should be in the PCM forum; it seemed like an inbetween kind of post so I threw it here. I'm guessing the sensor is no good (the car is now 5 years old and has 41K on it) and I wanted to replace it...picked up a Wells brand from AutoZone. Guess my question is, is there anything special I need to do first? It looked pretty straightforward, just two star screws holding it in...any tricks I should know? Oh, the car is entirely stock too. Thanks in advance for the help...

Should be a direct replacement.
