gmmg...cutout?

Default gmmg...cutout?

I just purchased a gmmg... i have pacesetter long tubes and texas ory o n the way.....is it worth it to get a cutout or is it only 1-2 horsepower?

If you have an offroad y-pipe, the gains are minimal. If you didn't have ORY, I'd say get a cutout before the cats if possible. Do a search, I remember a few threads about this.

Yea i tried searchin and didnt come up with much except puting dual cutouts right after the headers and it was a lil to loud for me i wanted to know about one in the I pipe with gmmg. But i guess gmmg is one of the better flowing cat back so i guess im not going to go with a cutout

i have GMMG, and right now I'm running an open y-pipe cuz i have to get my cat-back fixed(long story). no gains - actually, i think my car likes the gmmg setup more than the open y. so.....no cutout for me. plus i think it just sounds like **** compared to the beautiful sound of the GMMG. i'll prolly add a twister or bullit to get rid of the rasp i have from 1900-2400 rpms, since thats where most of my daily driving rpms are.
