A/C removal ?'s

A/C removal ?'s Ok, so what all is involved in removing the A/C compressor and components ( dryer and other tubing). Is there anything that needs to be blocked off? 
if you do a search there are some good write ups, but no there is nothing that needs to be blocked off. Sometimes people get codes after and need to have some thing turned off in the computer, i didnt have to. It's a pretty easy mod i.m.o
Its not that hard at all, It took me a while to do though cause some of the bolts were pretty hard to get to. Other than that its easy, just follow all the lines and unbolt some stuff - then you are done. Good luck!
I just did it myself. It's easy once you get that one bolt off that holds the condensor lines to the back of the compressor. I got to the bolt using two extensions, from underneath the car, behind the front tire. It was worth 20+lbs. not including the condenser.
