who makes that Y-pipe with the cats already connected??

I remember seeing a picture of it but I forgot who the manufacturer is...

I beleive Kooks has a Y with the cats already on them .
I know first hand they make excellent headers.

QTP makes y pipe with cats for QTP, Hooker, Jethot and Pacesetter headers.

You mean a Y-pipe with built-in cats that fits stock manifolds? That would be Random Tech.

Texas Speed Performance also has catted-Y pipes for hooker headers and some other aftermarket headers. The cats are carsounds cats which is owned by Magnaflow.
