how much horsepower from all these
HOWEVER
A well designed Y pipe will produce more power than an average true dual setup.
There is plenty of room and available components to produce a Y setup to cater for 500bhp and show no loss over a true dual setup.
Try reading the sticky about exhausts, it has a very good artical about 2/3rds of the way down and explains the basic's of exhaust flow. Then make your decision.
As for power out put, well there's no way of knowing. All cars respond slightly differently. And the tune can alter the numbers by over 20rwhp easily. Do you want it boarder line safe running 100 octane fuel or do you want it every day friendly on 91 octane. The same setup can yeild a MASSIVE variance.
I'm not sure of the specs of the cam you listed, but remember PEAK numbers don't mean squat! You want deployable and usable power.
On the dyno and 'maybe' at the track a 440rwhp monster might produce the best times, however on the street from stop light to stop light or from a roll it may well loose out to a car with only 390rwhp.
WHY?? Because the less powerful PEAK car probably produces more power over most of the rev range, especially down low, so from low rpm situations or spur of the moment blasts the power is far more accesable.
Best bet, have a look in the dyno forum for people with similar setups and see what they make, also ask them how they like it.
