Default Help Please?

I have all boltons on my car and for some reason its seems like it not performing well so I wanted to know do anybody think it may be something wrong with my car.

What do you mean it's not performing well? Does it feel noticeably slower, or is it bogging, or is it just not what you expected. What specific boltons do you have and have you ever dynoed or raced the car at the track?

What year? What transmission? How many miles? What mods? List all of them in detail. Have you had it on a dyno? Has it been tuned? Have you had it to the track? Is there an engine light?

Define "feels like it's not performing well." Does it just feel down on power? How long has it felt like that? Since the mods went on or did it start after? How was it before mods?

it never been dynoed but I went to the track and ran a 13.10 and I know my car can do better than that, but I have lt headers and volant intake. free mods. 3.73, slp bellow with ported t/b, ls6 manifold, asp pulley, and a jet programmer...

What was your 60'? MPH?

and I have a A4 and I have a 1999 ls1 with no egr or air but it seems like the car will start off running fine but the top end seem slugish.....

You removed the EGR and AIR systems? Did you buy "race style" headers with no hookups for them or block them off? If you blocked them off, what did you use?

What were the 60' and MPH? What was the weather like and what elevation are you at? Do you know what the DA was?

What the car really needs is a converter. You havn't finished the bolt ons until you get a nice torque converter.

IMO it needs a converter and a dyno tune. Not a lot to go on, though.

Ok the headers that I got I blocked them off with block plates that I got from ls1speed.com and the weather that day was about 100 degrees and track time was: 60'-2.038
1/8-8.505
Mph-84.77
1/4-13.121
Mph-107.01

A 13.1 @ 107 mph in a bolt on A4 with the stock converter in 100* heat isn't too bad. Heat kills power. Wait until it's 50* and see what happens.

Have you removed any weight? Run with minimal gas, remove spare tire/jack? If you are a little more into it you can pull the front sway bar as well. Your next mod really needs to be a high stall converter, sticky tires, subframe connectors and maybe a dyno tune. (at least a 'basic tune' with the converter, and getting it on a dyno to at least see what the air-fuel ratio is like wouldn't be a bad idea)

ahhh, ok cause i thought my car should be doing better than that and i had 102 octane and my spare tire is gone but the sway bar in the front i didnt know that u can remove that.

pull weight out, get a huge stall, get sticky tires, get it tuned and HOLD ON!
That 13.10 will turn into a 12.10
