stock y-pipe Is it worth replacing?
stock y-pipe Is it worth replacing? what kind of gain would i see if i had put a new y-pipe inplace of the squished stock one. Is it worth the time, money is not a big deal because it will be done for close to nothing.....I'm also assuming the exhaust pitch will change a little bit too.
not really worth doing if your getting headers any time in the future..., but if your not and your staying on stock manifolds...just ditch the cats when you do it and get some o2 sims.
It's not worth changing out unless you have headers.
The squished down area of the stock y-pipe doesn't neck down the flow. The interal flow area is still the same as a round pipe.
