I beleive they do two different ones.
The 'muscleflow' is a chambered exhaust like the GMMG. according to the guys at Stainless it is a little quieter but doesn't have any drone.
I believe it has 3 mufflers as opposed to the GMMG's 2.
The other exhaust has a more conventional boxed muffler, I know nothiing about this one though.
There's a vid of a Z28 with the chambered one on their website (media section I think). It sounds good and is still my number one choice for a cat back (currently considering duals using chambered mufflers). However don't download the GTO videos, they are running a chambered setup, but with headers and they are duals.
The Z28 sounds good, until you hear the GTO. Then personally I though the Z28 sounded a little lame by comparison. But it's still right up there with the other catbacks on the market.
