what pulley to get guys last bolton i need other then fast 90/90

I have the March and am currently experiencing difficulties with the install. I am positive that it needs to be machined because when I torque it to 240 ft/lbs the crank freezes up. Other than that it seems like a great product. It weighs about the same as the stocker and its balancing properties will help reduce the load on the main bearings along with eliminating the false knock associated with other UD pullies.

ASP. try to get the non SFI Approved one. its lighter.

I got the SLP one and don't have a single complaint with its performance. I was a little bummed that it was silver in color and not black like I have seen in all of the pics, but its not too bad. It is nice and sturdy and does not cause false knock, verified on efilive. I know everyone doesnt really care for SLP but their under drive pulley works well.

I'm willing to bet that it's because you're using an double roller timing chain.

Yes, in some circumstances (especially when using a corvette ASP pulley), the ASP pulley will need to be machined for clearance when using a double roller timing chain. The picture below illustrates the machining required.
