1 cut-out or 2 I'm finally getting my exhaust and I wanted to add a cut-out with it .My question is, if I get 2 instead of one,will it be louder and give me more hp.

If you put a single cutout in the i-pipe, there's no problems. That's what most people including myself have done. There's a spot right under the rear seat that's perfect for a cutout. Don't worry, it's plenty loud!
i only have one. open headers is probably too loud for the street which is basically what you'd be doing with dual cutouts, but if you still have stock cats and manifolds it wont really be that loud with dual cutouts.
