I just got an LS6 intake for 75 bucks 
Told my buddy I wanted to make a trade with cash, his 2001 WS6 has been sitting in his driveway for 8 months now wrecked, no plans for it, he doesn't know what an LS6 intake is anyway, all he sees is me giving him 75 bucks for nothing...we both win i guess

Actually, I was thinking about test-driving a 01+ F-body or Vette and taking it home for the night, and swapping intakes real quick.
Think the dealership would notice? I can do some good work with black epoxy to the EGR inlet.

well i shouldnt say free, i totaled a 2001 LS1 and we bought the whole car back for $1500 so i now have a spare LS1 and A4 to build and put right in my car

i dont know about swapping the intakes like that, might get u into some trouble, but if you were gonna do it, i'd say hit up ebay and buy either a corvette ls1 intake or one from a 2000 with no egr port on it.
and yea on the $75 ls6 intake, great steal.. i just picked up a hatek ported one ... i paid $300 for it.
