Long tubes and ORY ? Ok i have gutted cats right now. Will i still see a gain over the gutted cats if i spend the buck$$$$ and buy some long tubes with the ORY pipe ?
Or is that the gain i am going to see is just the less restriction from the hollowed CATS!.

Exactly! If you don't already have headers.......What are you waiting for!! I hemmed and hawed for a while before deciding to get some and I really wish I had gotten them sooner. Better sound, much better power and a great place to start with the modding. I gained a lot of power, a lot of time at the track, and 3 miles per gallon.

Be ready for LOUD with LTs! But you will definately see a gain with some long tubes, especially if you mod more later. As for the stock Y pipe with gutted cats.. it doesn't hold a candle to an actual off road Y.
