what ory? im doing pacesetter race style headers and i was wanting to get the mufflex y pipe. is this thing really that much of a better peice than say the tsp or pacesetter y? it is twice the price...............
I changed to the mufflex Y because of the flowmaster Y collector in it. It made a huge difference in the sound of my exhaust, totally got rid of my rasp problem i had with the old Y pipe where the pipes kind of ran into each other to meet up rather than having a nice collector. I'd recommend it.

I had one, wasn't impressed. I had a helluva time getting it to seal where it met the headers. I've installed a few TSP OR-Y's, and they fit good. Just make sure you get it all adjusted and twisted around before you tighten or weld anything. I would like the TSP better w/ a Flowmaster merge, they simply work better. But, if they added it - the cost would go up and people would bitch.
I was so disenchanted w/ the y-pipe on my car that I sold my SLP dual/dual - which I absolutely loved, my QTEC e-cut out, and the bastard y-pipe. I ended up with TSP duals... would never go back to a Y set up now.
