I guess you dont read too much, alot of people got 4 inch pipe,im not curious.A 4 Inch will flow just as good with dual 2 1/2.Its all about what you want.As far as sound goes all the ls1 sounds good man with just a simple muffler.

I gained 12 RWHP midrange when I switched from a 4" mufflex w/3" y-pipe and a cutout before the muffler to a 3" X-pipe setup with a few crush bends. This was a cam only car as well. Definitely worth it in my opinion.
I have no cats and no rasp whatsoever. None! No catback compares. I have heard so many in person, and they just don't sound as loud or as good or as powerful as TD's. Just my opinion. There was a little gas smell sometimes, not bad at all. Now that they are all the way out the back, no gas smells inside. No rasp, no drone, just badass sound all the time.

enough. People go to true duals in large part because they sound so good. They are DEEP yet SCREAM on the top end and best of all NO RASP.

I know when i had Borla with mac mids and mac ory holly crap i had sooo much rasp it wasnt funny it didnt even sound good it was just raspy as all get out. The TD's are definatly teh way to go

i have no rasp just a lot of interior vibration from 1K to about 1350RPM

I am gonna go TD'S this spring..but all the way back over the axle...Not dumped..too loud...am thinking 1-chamber flows right at the back.
