True duel question I live in texas and was wondering could you possibley have cats while still having a true duel system? I guess you could put them after the collectors.
2nd question. Can you have cutouts after the collectors and then cats? would this be a good set up?

No it wouldnt be a good setup with cutouts right after the collector. You just defeated the purpose of having a X or H pipe setup.
i have the tsp true dual system with cats welded and cutouts on each side right after the collector. It sounds amazing with the cutouts open, the rest of the exhaust is just to pass inspection. I have the system extended out back under the axel too, sounds good and tame with the cutouts closed, but I never have them close
