rescreening a maf sensor I plan on putting my stock maf sensor back on (removing a slp 85mm) and i have removed the screen .When i removed it i carefully cut it out and believe it is good enough to put back in.My question is what would you use to reglue it----super glue,,epoxy..what???.
Me personally,I wouldn't try to put it back in.I had mine desreened/ported and went back to a stock one.You would think any kind of glue/epoxy would skew the readings.Since the screen is there to straighten the air flow.Plus if what you use doesn't hold,it would get sucked into the wires.

Agreed. Just learn from your mistakes and get a new one. Make sure to match your exact year, and don't go the e-bay route. Just take the hit to the wallet and walk camly down to your nearest GM parts dealer.
