Patrick... any advice on cam selection and head combo would be great.
Or do you think these 5.3's and this cam will produce nics #'s.

I think these heads have 61cc chambers and 1.5 port job, cc 987 springs, I'm not sure about the valves but I can tell either the int or exh have bigger ones in it.
The heads and cam are older versions.

Who should I have port the int to match the heads. It would be a pain to ship it all to someone but if its worth it!!!

Keep the TEAs and the TR230, buy the intake and send it to TEA and they will port match it and clean up the TB opening for $80. I did mine with my X1 and I can feel the differance and it hasnt even been tuned yet. Dont pay $250 to $500 to port this intake. Its too easy to do. Make sure when you send it tell them its for the 1.5 head.

I think I'm sold on the idea of getting the set up. But I need to decide on the cam choice. Any ideas? Or should I stick with the X2?
