I ordered headers and Y pipe from JET HOT 2 years ago, they still look like new.
The O2 sensor bungs are to the inside away from the frame rails unlike a set of hookers we installed on a friends car.
The Y pipe back system was made by edelbrock, which fit and sounds good.

Kooks are like the best headers you can get.

Ditto, Kooks/Magnaflow catted y-pipe....... pretty much slid right on, fit nicely! No complaints whatsoever, will be getting another set for my 408!

Go with stainless. Kooks is a great header. 1 7/8 is a tighter fit than the 1 3/4, but the fit is precise. I had to open the front hole on the pass side about .030 for the bolt to fit. Not a big deal. I have FLP coated headers and after two years of weekend driving and no rain, they still look brand new. On the other hand, a buddy has the same header and drives his car quite often and in the rain and they are starting to peel and spot rust. Go with the stainless. You'll be glad you did. 1 7/8 header if you have a cam with big heads. 1 3/4 header if you have a relatively mild motor. Hope this helps.
