Yeah they're expensive for some reason. I bought all the upgrades from their shop in Toms River, NJ for my 94 T/A because I was 17 and everyone around here told me they were the best. Three years later and after signing up on LS1Tech I now know to go with better parts that are a lot cheaper for my LS1.

you live you learn, there is almost always a cheaper and usually better brand than the "top name brand" that GM, or whomever, subcontracts.

no i wouldnt really call it that personal opinion, i would call it a company with a big head because gm chose to subcontract them.
their products are (usually) of good quality with very nice fit and finish but there are acceptions to that., but anything they make you can USUALLY find an equil or better part from another company for cheaper to much cheaper the cost.

Same reason (for the most part) OEM parts are so expensive. Being that many parts available for our cars were offered as second sticker options (wheels, exhaust, body components, etc) **** can get pretty expensive. Especially when they have to justify $1000 for a chrome 10-spoke UPGRADE (funny, they hang on to the silver 10-spokes and it still cost that much). Add another $1000 for the dual/dual center mount exhaust option, then $4000 for a hood and spoiler, and you get the point. They'd hate to have you visit their site later and find out all those parts could have been had for less, so their retail prices have to be high.
