Bermuda Triangle Found!!
Ever wonder where the sockets, bolts , screws , small children disappear to? Well ive found where; under the ac compressor between the ps rack and frame.
i took my compressor off tonight and found: 1 10mill deep socket, 2 header bolts, 2 egr gaskets and a small screw of some sort. Sweet more weight savings!!

Ha, I had a feeling that was what this thread would be about. I have dropped a few sockets and EGR gaskets down there in my time. That K member and everything around it just eat tools and parts. The pen magnet has found a few things but not all. I'm curious to see what I find when I start pullin stuff off.

i also put things on the windshield shroud...
but what you REALLY need to watch is the tranny.
keep this in mind:
when/if you do a water temp gauge, and you put the sender in the plug above the starter.....dont get pissed off and hit the 8mm allen socket with a breaker bar after it gets stuck in the brass plug.....all that will happen is by the will of God it will fly into the hole where the starter is into the bellhousing....then your going to have to pull the tranny back to get it out take my word for it
