Default lsx intake???

i am thinking of getting an lsx intake and have some questions on it.My current setup is a set of patriot stage2 ls6 heads and a cran cam 216/225@.050 .551''lift and asp underdrive pulley with the slp flow pac kit i've never dynoed the car but am just curious what an intake and throttle body swap will do for me and what kind of hp#'s i should get from this mod

also what is recmended 78mm or 90mm????(i'm still on a stock short block)
btw i have an ls6 intake currently

LS1 intake to FAST 78mm worth it.
LS6 to 78mm not worth it.
LS6 to 90mm worth it.

Not at all, even with a mild heads/cam setup, although it would probably yield even more gains with a peakier, larger cam setup. It's up to you if you want to put down the grand involved in doing the 90/90 combo.
