Default LT's next?

I was wondering what I should do next to my SS. The mods are in the sig. Should I get the LS6 manifold or maybe do suspension first? Forgot to mention in my sig that I have the prokit too.

LS6 manifold and LT''s are very much worth buying.

However I will buy some ASP pullies and get the stock TB ported to start out with. Then go with the LS6 manifold...then LT's.

I would like to get gears and some drags, but everytime I get on it in 1st gear I could hear a noise in the rear end (think its about to go) so I was also thinking about doing suspension...what do you guys think?

I'd do LT headers and ypipe, then pulley and ported TB, and leave the ls6 intake last. Then add a bigger cam

I'd do Longtubes and gears, then when you get a cam you can do the LS6 intake and an underdrive pulley at the same time.

LT's is what I did next, but you want to be careful which ones you pick if you're lowered. I love my SLP LT's but they're not for you if your Eibachs were lowering.

What he said. LT's will give you a nice HP/TQ gain throughout the powerband and the LS6 intake is pretty much only top end power. Cams = fun Just don't do SLP headers and don't go with Pacesetter Y pipe - it bangs badly... their headers are good bang for the buck though. If you go with Pacesetters, use something like a TSP y-pipe.

I agree. The SLP's have bad clearance, are more difficult to install and flow worse than most of the other LT's. Pacesetters if you are on a budget, or if you have the money you can get the kooks, qtp's, dynatech or stainless works.

a tune would be a good idea to get the maximun power the lts and ory will give you,but if you plan on changing the intake or changing exhaust setups soon it will need retuned.

That can greatly depend. Sometimes local guys with the tuning software will do it for $150, while other really good places will charge up to $500. At least around here. We've got a couple tuning places here that have drawn so much power out of f-bodies that it's incredible.
