Default Newbie Questions about long tubes!!

Hey guys.. This is the first Camaro I have owned!!

I have a 2003 silverado with shorts, but theres so much more room in the engine bay of the truck...

I am wanting to put long tubes on it, but I have a couple of questions!!

1> Does the motor have to be dropped down to put them on??

2> I really like the pacesetter headers, one because of price, and 2 because there already coated and I dont have to worry aobut it...

The delimma Im having is Im planning on doing a cam swap before this time next year.... If the motor has to be dropped would it be more benificial to do everything at one time??

You do not have to drop the motor. Pacesetters fit very well. Do the headers first and then do the cam at a later date.

Coated Pacesetter race style here...Ordered them from TSP at 4pm and had them on my porch Noon the next day for less than $400.00!!! Cake to install and for the $$ can't beat the performance gain!

Hard to beat pacesetter headers bang for the buck. Might think about a better Y pipe though...
