Default portled ls6 and ported bbk80mm problems

After I installed a ported ls6 manifold and ported 80mm bbk t/b I can not get my idle below 1100rpm and when im driving and push in the clutch the car idles at like 1500rpm until i come to a complete stop then it drops down to 1100rpm. But yesterday i drove 30 minutes to work and it was working perfectly(still idling at 1100 though) then I shut the car off at a gas station and when I cranked it back up and took off same problem(push in the cluctch and idle goes up to 1500-1700 untill stopped). what gives.

Also I had a loud squeal coming from inside the motor, tracked it down to the vent tube that goes from the passenger valve cover to the upper throttle body tube. As soon as i unplug it from the t/b the squeal stops, plug it back in and squeal comes back. Then I noticed that when I unplug this tube(with car running) the tube has a lot of suction and so does the tb tube that it goes on. So they are fighting each other since they both have suction. WTF.

Ayone?
Hopefully the idle thing can be solved with a tune, getting tuned next month.
I don't know if this matters but the T/B idle hole on the blade is filled in.

My TPIS throttle body has the same problem. The throttle bodies are made wrong. the tube coming out of the TB should not have vacum. your going to have to cap off both the tube coming out of the TB and the tube coming out of the intake to get your idle back to normal. then either leav it like that or get the TB fixed.

Don't have autotap or anything like that.

Hmm. Mine has a lot of vacum. Can't caping both those off cause some problems with pressure in the valve covers or crank case? What if you closed off the one on the T/B and put a little filter on the other one?

nope mine are both capped off. all you have to do is put a filter on your valve cover.
See the ACTUAL problem is that the tube goin into the throttle body is supposed to get air from in front of the tb blade (no vacum) not from behind the tb blade (lots of vacum).

Cool, that's what I was saying though about the filter. You mean just put one on the tube coming from the valve cover right.
