TB blade
TB blade When I bought my ported TB the hole had been drilled out to 1/4" so I filled it in and redrilled it but I'm kind of paranoid about the filler coming out one of these days. Is there anywhere that you can buy just a blade for the throttle body?

Two things....
I've been through this with the local GM dealer in the past. The blade is not avaliable as a separate item. The TB comes as a whole unit.
Also, I know some have expressed concern about filling and re-drilling, that the filling might come out. But that was what I ended up doing to reduce the hole size on one of my TBs and it never caused any issues. I used JB Weld to seal/fill the hole and rather than drilling through the filler and chance weakening the bond, I just drilled another hole right below it.
Stock TB hole size was about 5/32" IIRC.
