O2 extensions for front O2s for LT install?

O2 extensions for front O2s for LT install? Hello,
I am nearly done with a Kooks LT with catted y ( 1 3/4") and
found that the O2 extentions for the front O2s don't quite fit
unless I modify them (slot them across, same with existing O2
connectors). Has anybody else run into this problem? Is it okay
to slot the female connectors on the O2s and on the O2 extensions
so they will accept all the male connectors they have to amte up with?

thats exactly what i had to do to make the o2 extensions fit on my z28. i just used a dremel and slotted out the little plastic pieces that stick out too far. as im sure you know what im talking about. they have been holding up fine so far for a week and a half. just make sure you get some good zipties and tuck those wires up good. have fun. and id suggest runnin around a little bit with just open headers. it is amazing 
Your other option is to swap the pins at the PCM for the front O2's and rear O2's...then plug your O2's into the wiring for the rears. If you do this though, you'll want to run O2 sims in the front connectors, or turn them off in the PCM tune.
