Y pipe/headers info

Default Y pipe/headers info

So I was reading up there @ the top and it says you have to change your y out if youre putting in lt's??? Is this right? Also, im going to be buying some pacesetters here in the near future, what all do I need? The headers and the Y?

The simple answer is yes! You will need a different "Y" pipe if you use long tubes.

You will need O2 extensions for the front and 02 sims in the rear. And yea you will need a new Y pipe...

so then leftme4dead and myself need the headers, y pipe, o2 extensions, and o2 sims..and then there will be no codes thrown and more horsepower right?

i think it would be best to get it tuned, just to be sure you don't throw codes. AND YES, YOU will see HP AND TORQUE increase. i went from 307rwhp to 328rwhp----318rwtq to 333rwtq with lt's
