QTP 1 3/4 (especially with new pricing with high velocity merge)

Catback, up to you on what sound you like/how loud you want it to be

Check www.ls1sounds.com, listen to peopls cars, do whatever you have to do so you are satisfied.

I'm a bit partial to GMMG, but its good **** in my book, sounds great, flows great, what more can you ask for.

What are your goals with the car? For headers: If you are going to stay fairly stock, I'd get the PaceSetters. If you are going to lower the car, I'd stay away from SLPs. Another low-buck option is get some used MACs from somebody who is upgrading to LTs. They are a great header with good clearance and easy install...just don't use the MAC cats.
As for a cat-back...that is WAY subjective.

My Edelbrocks went in way easier tehn My macs and sounds totally different. SO far for Headers, Edelbrock Victor race headers or the fully welded seem to be of great quality and with the Titech coating seem to be best bang for the buck..
They may be overkill if you are staying bolt on but if you got heads and cam, They will be awsome. I am getting retuned tomorrow at Futrals to get all I can out of this header swap.

I give Edelbrock a big thumbs up as the quality is jsut awsome.
